Sportsmanship Seminars and Speakers The Kindness Counts Foundation, Inc. will be happy to conduct a free seminar for parents and/or coaches, helping them understand how they can help build kids' self-esteem whether or not the child is a good athlete. We do ask you to consider a donation to the foundation at some point after the seminar. There is no minimum amount. At the moment, our seminars are conducted only in New Jersey and nearby areas of surrounding states.
